Lead CNC Machinist – 2nd Shift ($3,500 Sign-on Bonus)
Shift: 2nd Shift
Type: Full-Time
Owens Industries is looking for an experienced Lead CNC Machinist to join our 2nd shift team in Oak Creek, WI. You'll run complex setups on Hermle and DMG MORI machines, work with tight-tolerance materials like Inconel and Titanium and lead the floor in a climate-controlled shop built for defense and aerospace work. 5+ years of CNC experience required. $3,500 sign-on bonus included.

CNC Programmer – 3 & 5 Axis Milling
Shift: 1st Shift
Type: Full-Time
Owens Industries is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in 3-axis and 5-axis milling for defense and aerospace work in Oak Creek, WI. You'll program directly from SolidWorks models and prints, holding tolerances as tight as ±0.0001" on tough materials like Inconel and Titanium. This is high-mix, high-stakes work, not production runs. 5+ years of CNC programming experience required. Proficiency in PowerMill, FeatureCAM or SolidWorks CAM is a strong plus. Competitive pay at $35-$45/hour with a full benefits package included.

Quality Inspector / CMM Programmer

Owens Industries is seeking a Quality Inspector and CMM Programmer to help uphold the precision standards behind our aerospace and defense work in Oak Creek, WI. You'll develop and optimize CMM programs, inspect tight-tolerance components and serve as the link between inspection data and process improvement, working directly alongside engineers and machinists on mission-critical parts. 3-5 years of experience in a high-tolerance quality role required. Familiarity with Zeiss CMMs and Calypso software is a strong plus. Full-time position paying $28–$35/hour with a full benefits package included.
