Job Summary

Precision is the backbone of everything we build for the aerospace and defense sectors at Owens Industries. As a CMM Programmer and Quality Inspector, you aren't just verifying parts—you are ensuring mission-critical components meet the rigorous standards that define our shop's reputation. This role is for a technical professional who understands the difference between simply measuring a part and understanding the manufacturing process behind it; if you have 3–5 years of experience in high-tolerance environments and a sharp eye for GD&T, you will be instrumental in maintaining the quality culture that keeps us ahead of the industry.

Success here requires more than just knowing how to operate a machine; it demands the ability to optimize programs, troubleshoot complex setups, and collaborate directly with our engineers and machinists. We value expertise with Zeiss CMMs and Calypso software, but more importantly, we need a partner who can bridge the gap between inspection data and process improvement. If your standard is perfection and you thrive in a shop where precision is non-negotiable, you will find your place on our floor.
