We specialize in true 5 Axis Contour machining. If you are looking for some one to manufacture the “almost impossible to make” 5 Axis component, you would certainly know that it takes more than just excellent machining and programming skills to perform true 5 Axis work. Our manufacturing engineers are also excellent machinists and have been with us in that capacity for 10 to 20 years. They program, fixture, setup the machines and produce the components themselves. They run the jobs until all the fine-tuning is complete. Sometimes, we find that they actually have to finish the entire order in situations where the parts are very complex. Our commitment to ultra precision work limits the size of our work envelope to a maximum of: X:24", Y:14", Z:12".

Inserts that are used for eye glass molding. Sounds Simple? Well, try to visualize all the complex curvatures of a bi-focal lens. Collimators Example: We can produce tapered holes in collimators; say 500 holes, each hole pointing at a different angle than the preceding; positional accuracy to be within 5m to 10m and angular accuracy to be within +/- 0.002°.
